Frequently asked questions
Type your question or pick a topic.
What is the PetMaison Fresh Cookie?
A gel odour neutraliser made for the PetMaison Box compartment. It releases a soft plant fragrance and keeps the inside of the Box fresh between cleans.
Is it safe for my cat?
Yes. It is a non-toxic formula made from natural ingredients, and it stays closed inside the Box compartment, with no contact with the cat. Like any product of this kind it is not edible: keep refills out of reach of children and pets.
How long does it last?
Unopened, it keeps for 24 months. Once in place, how long it lasts depends on the room and how often the Box is used: when the gel has visibly shrunk or you can no longer smell the fragrance, it is time to replace it.
How do I fit it?
Lift the clear cover in the centre of the PetMaison Box dome, slot in the Fresh Cookie and put the cover back. It takes seconds.
Can I return it?
As a hygiene item, it cannot be returned once opened. Unopened and with the seal intact, it can be returned within 30 days like any other item.
